Any plan to support also v12? It’s becoming harder and harder to get hold of v10 and v11 routers…

For those with a Mac: your Mac comes with a TFTP server embedded, to activate it you just need to use the command:

sudo launchctl load -F /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/tftp.plist

In the case of using unifi behind an Edgerouter, is ist necessary to set the unifi-controllers time settings also to UTC / DST off or just the Edgerouters time settings?

Technically you have to log in through a web browser. This is how hotspots work. As the apps cannot communicate with the browser, this is the only way.

The Facebook login page seems a little clunky, most people have the Facebook Apps on their phones. Why can’t the login open the Facebook App instead and just check-in from there?

The currency of the location and the currency of the defined package must match. Also, you need to assign packages to the location after you create them.

Hi,

For those using a Social Free location, you should modify main_social.inc.htm rather than main_modules_free_auto.inc.html, otherwise nothing will change.

You can turn Router Alert off in Control Center, under Settings.

This cannot be fixed by us. It is fixed by the OS creators like Apple or Google by detecting that a login is needed for full internet access so they pop up the splash page automatically.
