Ok now i have it :

Go to :

“manage location”

click on the location you want to manage if you have more than one

once you are on the location setting, select :

“modify hotspot Data & Setting”

Now that you are on the page of your location setting choose :

“splash page settings”

Choose the default page. Normally the first one.

It works for me but i wish that it will work for you.
