Currently your access package is set to 10000/2000 so you should get more bandwidth then .5mbps. The routers are not set with a badnwidth cap. You can adjust the bandwidth by changing the free package. Click manage-locations-name of location-Modify free Package – and select a different package there.If no desirable packages are listed you can set a new one up by clicking customize-packages, and create a new package there.
