You cannot host hotspotsystem on an iphone. You should use a router from the compatibility list: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/deskpro/kb_article.php?ref=7842-RSKB-3174

alternately you can also use a PC running Linux: http://hotspotsystem.com/deskpro/kb_article.php?ref=1095-UDJV-7849

You can configure the hotspot to redirect users to your website that you can use as a splash page, or just redirect them after they log in.
