What do you mean by: “but then”? What did you do, did you click on something?

 

sorry, I forgot a piece…

when I open the browser and type any url i see the the url changing to “https://customer.hot…login.php?….” and then, after some seconds, i get the “unavailable” error.

i checked the settings of my wireless card (set to automatically ask for an ip address) and see that the dns is set equal to the ip address of the modem/router. i tried to ping it from my laptop (while connected to the router/hotspot” but I cannot get a reply. is it correct or is it a dns reachability problem?
