I think it would be helpful if you increase the session limit to the original size of 5000 or only count base on unique visitors. I have a hotspot where the same client will connect multiple different times during the day causing me to quickly burn my sessions.
please understand that the free service comes with limitations. We determined the 3000 session limit based on the usage of all our operators as a fair usage policy. 3000 sessions are enough for most of them. If you need more sessions than an average user, you can upgrade to basic plus for just $4.90 per month. With basic plus you can also set up restrictions for your users.
I have been a basic plus subscriber for just over a year now and it is working really well! I have just one hotspot set up on my operator account and this hot spot is reaching the 3,000 session limit very quickly during the peak of our busy season. Since I only have one hotspot on my account is there a way to increase it from the 3000 since I only have one router total?
