Mikrotik RB750GL and Unifi UAP Setup

Very new person in charge of setting up HotSpot in church. I need instruction on how to setup system. I have the following:
Network cable from comcast modem directly into Netgear wireless router
Network cable from Netgear to Mikrotik RB750GL
I have tried to follow Installation guide from website but very confusing. Website shows Winbox v2.9.50, download from Mikrotik shows Winbox v5.25.

I’m completely lost, please advise.

Please download Winbox 2.2 from here: http://wirelessconnect.eu/articles/winbox_download
We have had bad experiences with newer versions.

Where’s the Unify AP you referred to in the chain?
