what ip adress do you receive when you connect to the router?
What build of dd-wrt are you using?
Is the router connected to the internet?
Connect to the router by wifi and try to ping customer.hotspotsystem.com. If not resolved, try to ping the ip address of 195.228.254.149. This can help figure out if the probel may be due to dns.
