Open WRT – linksys WRT54GL

I have OpenWrt Backfire 10.03.1 installed on my linksys WRT54GL router. I have copied the the hotspot text to the network firewall custom rules section and save and applied and rebooted. When I connect to the wifi and go to a web page it doesn’t take me to the splash page. Please help.

Be sure to download the firmware for the WRT54GL frmo this link: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/firmware/openwrt/LINKSYS/openwrt-wrt54g-squashfs.bin

After that you just need to run the command, see step 5 and 6 of this guide: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/installation-guide-ubiquiti-airmax
