UBNT Nanotstation m2

    hi every one, wan to ask about hotspotsystem, today i register at hotspot and i follow instruction, i upgrade my nanostation m2 to openwrt-ar71xx-generic-ubnt-nano-m-squashfs-factory, adn i wan to know how i can get the ip address? or i got wrong firmware? if wrong how i can get for this firmware, please reply as soon as posible

    Hello,

    If the router is connected to a device which leases it an ip address then you can figure that out from the dhcp lease list on that device and connect through that ip.

    If it is not connected to anything then it will probably be reachable on 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.20.

    You can also connect through the SSID and configure the router that way.

    but i not using any router just nanostation m2

    Set the connecting device to DHCP. Check what ip address you receive and try connecting to the gateway ip address of the subnet.

    Try the same with the wireless connection. If the router does not accept a connection, try setting the device to a static ip address on the subnet and connect that way.

    Make sure the router is not connected to the internet when performing the above.
