Final configuration DD-WRT to access Internet, No splash page

I installed DD-WRT (build 24461) on a tplink tl-wr741nd v1.9 router. At this step, my hotspot routeur (ip: 192.168.2.1) connected to the main one (ip: 192.168.1.1) was able to give wifi Internet access. As recommended, the wifi security has been disable.
I configured my hotspot on both the routeur and on the manage location page of hotspotsystem. On the manage page, the hotspot status is running (green). A this step, I was still able to access the Internet, but at large without any restrictions. No splash page was presented to the users to restrict access.
After I was suggested these last adjustments:
I disabled the DHCP service in the router.
I adjusted the NTP settings at exactly the same in place on hotspotsystem website.
After these last adjustments, I was still able to access the Internet by wifi without any restrictions with my laptop (Windows 7) but not anymore with my android phone. Also I was surprised to observe an ip adress on the laptop in the range of 192.168.2.X even though the DHCP service was disabled on the router.
What else should I do to have my hotspot fully operationnal giving access to the Internet after agreed on a splash page? I wish to give wifi access to the internet through a hotspot to any kind of devices.
Simple instructions step by step would be appreciated because English is not my first language.
Thanks in advance
The enclosed image in the attachment showing hotspot information has a red router indication. In fact, now it’s green.
Hi Daniel,
Please set 8.8.8.8 for local DNS under Setup>Basic setup>Network setup>Router IP.
Also please disable the 3 checkboxes under the DHCP settings. (DNSmasq and authoritative thing)
If you still had problems, please set Wireless>Wireless physical interface>Network configuration>Unbridged. Then go to Services>Hotspot>DHCP interface>ath0.1 (for the unbridged wireless interface).
Reboot the router and try connecting again.
Steve
