Custom Fields possible to capture data

    Hi

    Is it possible to setup a page for when users signup for WIFI and capture data such as NHS Number, Phone Number, Address, Date of birth ?

    Absolutely. It is possible to have 5 custom questions on the splash page using Data Capture.

    Hi,

    Can we custom the caption fields? I’d like to capture birthdates and send them to my Mailchimp db.

    ex.:
    – scrolldown for the day, scrolldown for the month and scrolldown for the year
    – “xx/xx/xxxx” field
