Certain devices are able to Byspass the Login (login does not appear)

    Currently operating a TP Link WR741NDv1.8 with Open Wrt r29592 as found on the Open WRT page for the router http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wr741nd and installed HSS with the setup command via the device list.

    Currently HotSpotSystems service is running fine with one exception, it appears that the are a few anomalous devices that are able to bypass the HotSpotSystems login page i.e. the Login page does not appear and they are given internet access without having to login.

    It appears to be iPads, iMacs and iPhones only that are able to bypass the login strangely.

    Very peculiar indeed. Reflashed the router and re-setup and unfortunately the login-bypass still occurs.

    Any suggestions appreciated.

    Hello,

    Please check that these devices do not have previously logged in. Maybe the session was not closed.

    Another possibility is that some smartphones will jump to another available network when they sense a limited connection from the hotspot.
