The problem with coding of Polish characters

    When the correct encoding Polish characters.
    I do not think that it was a big problem.
    I offer my help.
    For me it’s a big problem because when I do I report it appear strange characters in the name and first name.
    Google: “php Polish characters” can you help 🙂
    Uninterruptible page gives
    <meta http-equiv = “Content-Type” content = “text / html; charset = iso-8859-2”>
    There would have been better as UTF-8
