How to change user name from MAC address to real name?

    Hi,

    Is there a way to change the username from the MAC address to a real name so I know who is connected and not see only their MAC address to track them? I have the free account.

    You cannot change that, I’m sorry. You can look up any user in the User Report and use the MAC address found there for managing him/her
