So I run into an issue where someone bought a package that was good for two devices. They went to use another device and of course could not. However, they also has no idea how to logoff one of the other devices. It seems your system does not tell them this information.
I did some digging and found out it is the IP of the router and the port number with /logoff at the end. So I added it to the page that is shown. (However this does look poor with an IP address.)
I searched in you KB but there is nothing on such important URL’s. I would suggest a KB article on any URL that a customer can use. Knowing the urls that could be used by a customer would be a very good thing. For at least we then can make something like http://domain.com/logoff or /sighup that would then redirect them to the proper pages. (Even if they resolve to you or the internal router.)
