Anonymous June 30, 2014 at 3:24 pmI have a ubiquiti airrouter hotspot in a box and changed the network tab WAN IP from DHCP to static and then back and now the hotspot tab “chili” won’t start.
Anonymous June 30, 2014 at 4:58 pmPlease click Settings on the Hotspot tab to open hotspot settings and post the screenshot again.
Also, please go to Main>Monitor>DHCP client and post the screenshot again from there.
Thank you.Steve
Anonymous June 30, 2014 at 6:08 pmI’m trying to connect (via cat5 cable) a Ubiquiti Picostation M2 HP to the Ubiquiti AirRouter Hotspot In A Box purchased from hotspotsystems.com. I’ve connected the single port in the Pico to one of the LAN ports on the AirRouter. I’ve set the Pico up as an access point (AP) with the same SSID as the AirRouter. I’m able to connect to the Pico via wifi but it bypasses the hotspot routing in the AirRouter and I get no splash page.
How do I configure the pico station to work with the AirRouter?
Anonymous November 17, 2014 at 7:29 amI have bought TP-LINK TL-WR841N for HotSpotsytem, I have setup dd-wrt
firmware upgrade, also set the ip address as shown in the control panel.
when I use the internet thorugh the access point ,the splash page is not shownAllen,
what ip adress do you receive when you connect to the router?
What build of dd-wrt are you using?
Is the router connected to the internet?
Connect to the router by wifi and try to ping customer.hotspotsystem.com. If not resolved, try to ping the ip address of 195.228.254.149. This can help figure out if the probel may be due to dns.Anonymous August 14, 2015 at 6:56 pmI have successfully flashed and found my linksys WRT54GL available at device management. So Linksys part is almost over, but to provide extended support, I have planned to use Ubiquiti Rocket M2 accesspoint. Do I need to flash the hotspotsystem’s recommended firmware on the RocketM2 AirOS too? or just a ethernet connection from the linksys LAN port to ubnt AirOS will work?
Can you please point me to a guide to configure AirOS properly?
Thanks

I followed all the instructions,
But apparently, the automatic script generated by the system, has some problem.
After running the script, an error message appears on port 1, and mikrotik after reboot returns without having an assigned ip, and I cannot get internet access.I have used 3 differents firmaware versions.
