Unifi Not Reporting to Controller

    Hi All

    I have installed my first hotspot via a Unifi AP and Edge Router Lite. Everything is working great except one issue. When I plug my AP into the main router it reports back to my controller OK. However when I plug it into the Edge Router it doesn’t. The AP is obviously working OK as I can wirelessly connect to the AP and get onto the internet. I am using the social package and I have whitelisted my controller DNS and IP address in the chilli config file as well as the Mac address of the AP.

    Any ideas?

    Hello dave
    you manage your unifi ap from the domain of your main router porbably 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0
    as soon as you put the ap on the edgerouter it get is ip from the hotspot domain 192.168.182.0/255.255.240.0

    reset your ap config, put your controler on the same subnet than the hotspot put a static ip to the ap from the hotspot 192.168.182.2
