The admin be allowed to modify / customize the welcome email for each location. Each location may have a different name, so this would allow a personal touch to each welcome email.

There is currently no option to send the user a thank you email directly without spending a few hours either coding (API), integrating and custominzing the Zapier scripts, and creating an account on a seperate email platform.

If all that one of your customers wants to do is thank a customer for coming in, the current steps seem like overkill.

It could be as simple as starting with a free text box where the user can paste the html code for the email, a free text field for the subject, and a free text field for the sender name. This is plenty for a first phase of this and would be EXTREMELY helpful. I just spent 3 hours customizing the steps in my second paragraph, and it’s a pain since Zapier only allows 200 actions with their free account before I have to fork up another $20 a month to accomplish something so simple.
