Cannot Apply Selected Language At Splash Page

    Hello everybody,

    I have a Free-Basic Package, everything works fine, but costumers cannot change the language at the splash page (even if multiple languages were selected at: Splash Page Settings-Displayed Languages)

    Customers can access the combo list of languages and select one of them, the screen auto refreshes but still appears the default language, it doesn’t change the selected language.

    Any idea?

    I’ll appreciate any comment.

    Is there any step that I forgot at the router installation process or configuration of the Location?
