Hello
If posible free basic plan without users limit?
Currently we have several WRT54GL access points where the connection is free.
The user logs into Joomla site that connects the record with Radius and get free access for 20 ‘.
We continue to maintain this model in your system.
We are willing to make available our connection Joomla and Radius.
I look forward to hearing from you.
a greeting
Anonymous April 18, 2012 at 12:24 pmHi,
The BASIC package is limited to 500 session per location per month.
If you want to remove the session restriction you should upgrade to BASIC+. You can do this by clicking one of teh advanced features in the control center and a window will come up where you can subscribe.
Anonymous August 15, 2012 at 9:22 amYou can find the pricing on the homepage under solutions. Basic+ costs $4.90 per month per locations.

Hi!
I'm not shure I've well understood.
500 session per location per month means that if i.e. 50 users connect to the hot spot for 10 times in a month (50 x 10= 500) there are not other connection available until the next month?
And, at the same time, if the same user login to the wi-fi local network – i.e. 10 times in the same day – these are equivalent to 10 session (so that allowed sessions are – only – 500 – 10 = 490 for the rst of the month)?
Thanks in advance

Yes. You need to upgrade to Basic Plus+ to have more sessions. The free package is limited to 500 sessions per month.

Yes. Every time a user re-logins, a new session is created.
Anonymous June 19, 2013 at 2:47 pmI’m just starting to play around with HotSpotSystem but I am confused by Roland’s reply. You say that the Session Limit is removed when you upgrade to Basic+ however your table states that the 500 session limit remains in place. Can you please verify this for me as this is pretty much a deal breaker:
I want to be able to offer unlimited users free access, but at the moment, that doesn’t look to be possible.
Anonymous June 21, 2013 at 9:02 pmI read that as 500 free or 5000 with Basic+. What are the options for people who want 5000+ per month open and free? How about an operator with lots of little locations getting close to that 30,000 number?
I would not mind paying more for those numbers, I just want to know there is not a hard cutoff for the users.
