I've edited the transparent screen as per this tutorial: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/deskpro/kb_article.php?ref=2360-YPHZ-1351
when I logon from the computer that the modification took place, I can see it modified, from all others I see the unmodified page (with the fish picture)
any hints?
Be sure to clear the cache and force the browser to reload the page where you cannot see the changes.
Sorry, the answer is you have to purchase basic plus plan. 🙂 as I don't have any option available in assign skin.
