Getting "permission Denied" When Installing Via Setup Command Method

I'm installing Hotspotsystem on my DD-Wrt router using the Setup Command Method. I get the following response when running the command:
Connecting to http://www.hotspotsystem.com (195.228.254.149:80)
/bin/sh: eval: line 1: /tmp/setup.sh: Permission denied
It seems like hotspotsystem.com isn't allowing the router to connect.
My setup is as follows:
– DSL Modem/Router in DHCP mode
– my DDWRT wireless router is connected to the DSL Modem/Router and has internet access.
– I logged into my Hotspotsystem Basic account and copied the command for the following setup:
set routers IP to 192.168.1.1 (which it currently is set at)
Setup Type 2nd router in the chain(WDS#1)
Hopefully someone knows what's going on here.
Is there a chance that a specific port needs to be opened or a reason why hotspotsystem.com would reject the connection attempt?
