Thank you for the link..I followed the instructions and was able to telnet in and run the “firstboot” command, I then typed the reboot -f and waited about 5 mins and then I powered the router off and back on. I tried to ping the router after i rebooted, but now I’m getting

PING: Transmit Failed. General Failure error

I rebooted my laptop and repaired my TCP/IP stack and connected my laptop to another network and I’m able to ping other devices on the network and 127.0.0.1 pings well. I also set my laptop to DHCP, but I’m not getting any IP’s nor can I ping the router at all. I also did a hard reset but that didn’t seem to have helped. any other suggestions? Thank you for all your help!
