I am a new user. The hotspotsystem.com works well for me and I have found tech support responsive and good. I am just curious: Are there any other users out there who are using the Cradlepoint MBR1400 router? The reason I ask is, I have encountered a few problems using this router. The first problem I would like to mention here is that Cradlepoint, or hotspotsystem, or both, seem to get the upload and dowload backwards.
When my customers download files it shows as “upload.” Anyone else have this problem?
innkeeper – I just found this thread so sorry for not responding. I am Cradlepoint employee so I am very interested in the issues you are seeing. What router are you using and what version of firmware are you running?
