Hi,

What is the ip address the router leases you when you connect?

By defaults it shoudl be 192.168.182.X and if it is not, then you need to make sure chilli is running: http://hotspotsystem.com/deskpro/kb_article.php?ref=7681-YOAN-6356

Chilli needs a proper internet connection to run. If it is not running then you should try to start it manually. If you get an error then the build is faulty and you should try a different one.
