Hello,
ISP modems tend to use 192.168.100.1(or ..100.x) not 192.168.1.100 .
This doesn't mean that they can't get along with any routers providing 192.168.x.x on their LAN behind a NAT firewall.
Reset everything and connect modem to WAN port of router to get a properly running internet connection. After doing so, you can start configuring your router to provide the hotspot.
