 
Thank you for your reply. Its a step forward that your router is displayed on the DEVICE LIST. It may be that ‘www.apple.com’ has to added to the white list on your openwrt router. This has to be done by editing a configuration file on the router. Again, by using PuTTy and the vi editor.Before we do that, can you please test your hotspot by using a laptop instead of an iphone? We first need to ensure that you are getting a splash page.

but no splash screen… I put the lease parameters acquired automatically
