You mentioned that you tried with a laptop but you didn’t get a splash screen. Could you please give more details? Did you get any error message? If you are getting free internet connection, then again the network settings are incorrect.The screenshot you upload is unreadable. Its too small. Please upload a normal screenshot so we can have a look at your network settings.
