We have sent multiple tickets to you about your case, the last one was sent 4 weeks ago. First, we couldn’t accept the service agreement as you didn’t sign all the pages.

However we don’t hold any payments because of the lack of service agreement. The reason of missing payouts is that you didn’t choose the payout for primary payment processor payments.
