first of all thanks for the reply,
i searched the dd-wrt site in order to get the most up-to-date version available for my router but i cant find any, seems that the only build available for it is the one I already got…
I will try to reset the router and follow the guide one more time.
anyhow i found an old guide on the forum (http://www.hotspotsystem.com/hotspot_help/kb/articles/47-i-d-like-to-manually-set-the-chillispot-settings-is-that-possible) and, even if my version has the hotspotsystem.com area, tried to set the chillispot options but it still does not work.
can you let me know if there is any way (except changing the firmware that as said is up to date for this model) to make this work?

sorry to bother you again…i seem to get it working…
now i get an ip address such as 192.168.182.XXX, the router status on the webpage says “up” and my browser is correctly redirect to “https://customer.hotspotsystem.com/customer/hotspotlogin.php?….” but then the browser says that the page is unavailable. Any suggestion?
