Just to add to this, the device appears to be getting an IP address from the router:
Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : key.chillispot.info
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fx80::xxxx:x123:abf0:2d20%14
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.182.12
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.182.1
Rebooting both routers corrects the issue…
