There are no guarantees that a paid subscription will get you up and running. You already have ddwrt installed, but since the build seems flawed, you need to flash the router again. Make sure that the router is running a big, mega or standard generic image. Since the current build did not work for you, I suggest 14402 out of the ones you mentioned.
