OK Quick update, I have read a few threads and realised that I did not have the Ethernet from the BT Home Hub to the Linksys in the correct port, I have now put it in the WAN Port and I have received an email from Hotspot system saying they can see my router.

Now I cannot access the Interent when I click on the SSID from a wireless device the IP address I am getting is 192.168.182.4, and any webpage is not available.
