The ip address you receive is fine, it means chilli is running (wlan controller). Open a command prompt and ping hotspotsystem.com. If it does not resolve then you may need to add a DNS server.
Try to ping hotspotsystem.com again, or the actual ip address 195.228.254.149. Both should work
Additionally we recommend using build number 22118 as it has proven stable across many hardware platforms, although results vary.
