It seems ping was not able to resolve the domain name. You should configure a DNS server. Click the setup/basic setup tab. Add the DNS ip under local DNS. You can use Google’s 8.8.8.8.
Another problem seemed to be that pinging the ip address did not work. Perform a traceroute command to see where the packets are being dropped.
