Could you tell us the exact router models you are using?

There are two resolutions to this.

1st is the WDS based wireless solution(if the routers are within an acceptable distance of each other), described in this article: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/hotspot_help/kb/articles/31-extend-range-with-wds-wireless-distribution-system

Since it's more complicated with the virtual interfaces, get back to us if you can't get it right for the very first time, but it should work.

2nd is the wired connection, but you have to connect the first router's LAN to the second's WAN port. This is needed for the correct routing tables required by the hotspot.

You have to carry further settings out the same way, I mean the virtual interfaces and the hotspot settings. And you can set the same location ID on the routers as well, but the sessions you use will be reach sooner probably. Also the email notifications from your routers can be a bit more tricky to interpret.
