Ability to buy package for user (from Manage/Users page)

    It would be great in some exceptional case to be able (as an admin) to add time to an expired user.
    Example case:
    -A client buys a 24h access but network or hardware issues stops him from using the package within that time.
    -Once the issue fixed, as an Hotspot super admin, I would buy access for this user as a compensation with one of the package available at that location.
    -The user will just have to login again to use the complimentary access.

    Keep in mind that as an admin, we are not on site and can’t use the portal to do that so it should be an option on the Manage/Users page.
