Custom Logos With Custom Messaging

I have uploaded custom logos to the spash page. No problems there.

But I would also like to change some of the messaging for different languages.

This requires a custom skin but I can’t figure out how to assign my logos to the custom skin

The issue – all the logo placements are dynamic tags, {TOP_RIGHT} for example. I can’t edit those or instruct them to use the uploaded files.

Does this make sense?
