Email and SMS alert for user data balance and expiry date.

    I will like to suggest for notification module enable to alert users of their balance data or expiry date via sms or email.

    Thank you for the suggestion. Currently the pop-up window is the only way to check for the balance. Our developers will take this into consideration.

    This is a great suggestion and something I went looking for as a new user to setup and sadly found no such option. The Pop-Up windows are kind of useless due to pop-up blockers and that if their session does not expire, they will never see the popup window again.

    When 1 week or 1 month packages are used, it would really be nice to alert the user that the account will soon expire. Nothing worse then going to do something and finding out your login is no longer valid.

    So sad to see this post was made in Oct of 2014 and there has been no movement on this.

    Hi,

    I’d at least like to see something on the main screen when guests have used their free package. Right now I see a lot of frustrated guests not understanding why they are redirected back to the main screen and missing the “free access” button. They simply don’t understand and start filling in support forms (and NOT buying data packages). It’s the number one complaint on all 30 locations I’m running.
    You may check the closed support tickets in my account, you’ll see they all tell me they “forgot their password”, because they can’t recall they ever entered one (and that’s true because they didn’t need to for free access).
