Engenius N300 purchased through you – cannot login to admin

    purchased a router from you (the engenius n300 access point), and need to get several things done. there is no documentation on how to change the following:
    1) the wireless name (you have it misspelled)
    2) the network setup (i will need to set it with a static ip and routing information)

    please advise ASAP – I need to roll this router out tomorrow.

    i have attempted to load the internal ip address, and get no response… so im not sure if there is a port, or what needs to be done to access the settings on this router.
