Facebook APP developers ???

I just created a facebook business page, everything okay?.
I’m going to use the logon service facebook social, I am obliged also to create an account without developers.facebook.com = http://help.hotspotsystem.com/knowledgebase/create-your-own-facebook-app?
Or not there is a need to create this app? Thank you

All I have to do is just copy the full address of the page and paste in social settings tab
