How Do We Export Data?

We're using the Free Basic Plus and collecting user emails. How do we export those addresses for use in email marketing?
Anonymous October 24, 2012 at 3:19 pmThe emails can be exported in csv format under transaction reports. However I recommend you use the Social solution, as that works better for collecting emails. You can find out more about it here: http://hotspotsystem.blogspot.hu/2012/08/hotspot-free-social-facebook-hotspot-20.html
Anonymous October 24, 2012 at 5:54 pmWe've tried your “Social” version and there are two problems. First, customers don't like be ing FORCED to use their Facebook. Some users don't HAVE Facebook, others we found actually didn't remember their Facebook passwords (two people actually during our one day test). Second, the cost difference of your service is hard to justify… the “Basic PLUS” is a good price, “Social” is a bit too much.
The IDEAL solution would be one where a customer could choose to do social OR put their email in, and at a lower price point. That would be perfect for us!
Anonymous November 2, 2012 at 9:40 amYou can make the facebook actions optional so users will get access to the internet even if they don't finish the facebook actions.
With your 'idea' my only concern is who will use the facebook actions if they can just simply enter any false email addresses?
About the pricing: the two solutions are completely different. We help businesses to get new fans on facebook and also help to spread the word about your business. This is a marketing tool. If you want to buy fans from Facebook with the help of facebook ads, the price of fans would be much higher than the price per fan using our solution.

But we DO want to make it EASY for them to become fans. That's why we'd like the option, but you're right someone can alway lie… but in that case, they'd just unsubscribe anyway.

Thanks. What we would love to see is something like:
“Please give us your email address or “Like” us on Facebook to join our mailing list and enjoy our free WiFi!”
