How long the change can take effect

    I’m a registered user. I logged in the http://www.hotspotsystems.com and made some changes, e.g, the splash image and added a new free package. But on the client device, the login page is still the old one. Old splash screen, old free package. How to make the change effective? How long should I wait until it takes effect?

    Hi,

    the changes should be immediate. Maybe you didn’t assign the new skin or the package to the location.

    You can change the splash page to a custom one under Manage > Locations > click on name > Modify Hotspot Data > Splash Page Settings > Skin.

    You can assign a package under Manage > Locations > click on name > Change Free Package where the free package is listed in the middle.
