Linksys Wrt54G – Choose The Right Firmware

can you help me to find/choose the right firmware for this router? (the router is unlocked and it has already dd wrt installed, on the help online I find this instruction:

Search for the newest DD-WRT build To start searching for builds, you need to navigate to Router Database > Other Downloads. Then click on “others” > “eko” > “Brainslayer-V24-preSP2” >

but here… I don’t know what is the right choose…

help me please!

Hello,

which version of WRT54G do you have? Only versions up to v4 are compatible as the newer models has not enough memory.

I have a version which can install the MEGA/full release

Probably you have a version with 4 MB of RAM. You need the firmware from here:

http://dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/downloads/others/eko/BrainSlayer-V24-preSP2/2013/07-24-2013-r22118/broadcom/dd-wrt.v24_std_generic.bin

For the initial flashing(from factory firmware) please use this firmware:
http://dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/downloads/others/eko/BrainSlayer-V24-preSP2/2013/07-24-2013-r22118/broadcom/dd-wrt.v24_mini_generic.bin

Hi, I’ve installed the ddwrt build 2218 and configured as described

and then I try to run the script provided in the location of the registation

wget -O /tmp/setup.sh http://www.hotspotsystem.com/controlcenter/install.php?operator=*******&version=v24; chmod 755 /tmp/setup.sh; /tmp/setup.sh;

the error I can saw is:

sh: eval: line 1: /tmp/setup.sh: not found

I cannot set up the wrt54g 🙁 🙁
