login to Mikrotik

    I got a pre programmed Mikrotik from you. Thank you for the IP and the login information.

    I am trying to login to it using Winbox. I’m not able to.

    Tried putting a fixed ip on the laptop and that didn’t work either.

    What are my options on how to login to this device? I have others that i can login to.

    Hello,

    Winbox should bring up the device’s mac address that you can connect to. Do you see the mac address?
    If you do, click it and winbox should log you in (provided that you’ve filled out the proper username/password)
