I recently installed the HotSpot system on my UBNT Pico, it works great when I pay for access, when I try to use a Master Account it won’t let me past the “redirecting” page. If I disconnect and then reconnect to the Pico, I can’t even get the splash page to come up.
Thank you for your message. Your question was answered via email: your master account was set to 1kbit/2kbit which is extremely low bandwidth and was causing issues. We recommend to all of our hotspot operators to use unlimited bandwidth for master accounts.
