Multiple Access points problem
I have 3 ubiquiti M2 with hotspotsystems firmware connected via lan cable like this:
wan router —> ubiquiti1 —>ubiquiti1_wds_1—>ubiquiti1_wds_2
The ubiquiti1 is working fine and the clients can connect to the internet after the splash page is shown.
The ubiquiti wds1 and wds2 seem to be working good but slash page doesn't show and clients cant connect to the internet.
The hotspotsystem service is working in both AP and the clients are listed but all in red (not autorised/can't autenticate).
Also in the hotspotsystems site all the 3 APs are listed and shown as connected.
Please can anyone help and show-me what am I doing wrong?
Tnx
André
Probably the ubiquiti routers wds1 and wds2 are misconfigured.
Could you please provide us with some information of the cabling? You mentioned you have connected the routers via lan cables. From which router/port to which router/port you cabled the routers?
Also, we have to check the router configuration settings of the ubiquti wds1 and wds2 routers. Please take screenshots of the settings you changed and open a ticket in order to investigate your issue: http://hotspotsystem.com/hotspot_help/new-ticket
