First we need to know what the ip address is that you get when you connect. The ip address should be 192.168.182.X, if not you need to check what the dhcp interface is set to under services/hotspot. (check in windows under connection/status/ipv4 address)
If you don’t get an ip adderss on the 192.168.182.X network you also need to to check if the chillispot process is running on the router (which will provide the hotspot functions). To check if chilli is running, and try to start it manually you can use the procedure as outlined in this tutorial: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/deskpro/kb_article.php?ref=7681-YOAN-6356
If all of these are set, then it may be that a dns server needs to be added under the basic settings. (local dns)
As a test, open http://195.228.254.149/customer/index.php (customer.hotspotsystem.com)
you should get a message OPERATOR DOESN’T EXISTS!
also i keep getting these emails from you guys when i plug back in

Fill out the value under “dns ip”. You can use your ISP’s dns server, or Google’s free server of 8.8.8.8
What ip address do you get when you connect to the router?
