Office Manager Able To Issue Refunds – Not Admins

It is great that we can make other user accounts that are not full admin accounts, however what is missing is the option to be able to issue a refund.

We would want the office manager to be able to give refunds if needed, however we would not want that person to have full access to the setup which is the way it is right now. After all,you never know if they will get into something by mistake.

Seeing that the front desk will be handling such requests and customer service, it just makes sense to be able to have a manager be able to handle that without the need for full admin access or the need to contact the system admin.

(I know refunds surely should not be happening often. But they do happen.)
